Appointment Cancellation Policy

48 hour cancellation policy:

The Honeycomb Salon strives to provide the highest level of customer service to its clients. To ensure this, we require our clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals and last minute cancellations affect not only the stylist's time but that of the following clients who are also on the schedule.

In an effort to curb untimely changes to our scheduling system, we require no less than 48 hours prior notification to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If we receive notification in less than the required time or you no-show/miss your appointment time entirely, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services originally scheduled.

Late arrivals are also subject to being charged. In fairness to our other clients, we cannot accept clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time. In these circumstances, the appointment may be rescheduled but you will be charged 50% of the cost of services scheduled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following as excuses for late arrivals or no shows: traffic, parking, last minute work obligations, childcare issues, etc.
