Thank you for considering Honeycomb for your hair needs. You and your appointment are important to us so understanding your hair needs is paramount. We want to take every opportunity to make sure we provide you the best results and solutions to any styling or hair/scalp care concerns you may have.
There are two forms depending on the services you’re interested in: a short form for haircut only and a long form for haircut, color and specialty services. Please fill out the appropriate form and provide the required info but also answer any questions that may be pertinent to your hair goals. Once you submit the form, you will be redirected to a service menu page where you are able to choose the service and book your appointment. After confirming the appointment, your completed form will be forwarded to the stylist performing the service to have a more focused consultation when you first meet.
